I placed my order online prior to the covid-19 release saying the distribution center was closed. If I would have known I would have ordered else where since I only got a few items. I also can’t issue a refund onto my account due to the no refund policy. I just wish there was other circumstances to where we could choose to get a refund and no have to wait on the items.

I never received my package and customer service did nothing to help I never received a refund or anything they told me to wait for the post office when clearly the package got lost in transit. Worst company ever ! Will never buy again ! Worst customer service ever ! Lost of money ! Will never recommend

I didn’t even get what I ordered and when I reported it no one ever followed up. Guess I’ll never know how I’ll like the product.

I was charged over $75 for makeup that I ordered but never recieved

I made two orders on March 10 and 12 and I haven't received it yet. It's been almost two months now and I have not received any of the products. I wrote you several emails and the only solution was "keep waiting" but I want my money back!!! You said that It would take 21 business days to arrive. I waited but I didn't received my order, and I don't want it anymore. I needed it for an special ocasion but now it's too late and I don't need it anymore. I want to return everything. I understand the covid situation, but if you say that it's going to take 21 days I trust you! If it is going to take more time at least warn the costumer!!!! I am so disappointed, I feel you only want to keep making money and you don't care about your clients. I want to return both of my orders, seriously. I want a solution!!!!!!!
