It took a long time for my problem to be retified and in a way that I am not satisfied.

Mystery box had double items and not that wide of a variety of products.

Ho dovuto pagare 20 euro di dogana e uno degli ombretti mi è arrivato in frantumi (dopo circa un mese). I prodotti sembrano essere buoni e gli ombretti integri sono bellissimi ma sarebbe meglio trovare un modo per esportare i prodotti senza tutte queste spese aggiuntive

Everything was great with the delivery and prices, except of one missing item in my order. I already sent a message but they haven't answered.

The products are pretty and arrived in good condition. However took so long to arrive and I ordered four items but received only three. The bursh that I ordered was missing in the package although the packing slip listed as four. A bit disappointing but I will continue purchase their product. Hopefully I will receive all my orders in future.

Color pop does not have a return policy and or easy to reach service for special cases. Products are still lovely.

I was pretty disappointed. It doesn't apply very well, and there is a LOT of fallout as I apply the shadow. They are really small too, feels cheap. I had high hopes, but was let down.

The package was delivered in good condition but Ione order was missing.
