I was never able to buy. I tried with my different credit cards (around 5 or 6 times), I tried with my husband's (around 2 or 3 more times) and nothing. I wrote an email to customer service to ask why and the agent just said to "try again", because there was an issue with the payments. I tried again and nothing.... I really wanted to buy the Winnie The Pooh pallette and the Honey Pot :(

I think it’s really crappy that my order was canceled especially when I ordered the Winnie the Pooh honey pot lip set and it’s never in stock! I’m a travel nurse, and I live out of a hotel when I send a message to customer service. They couldn’t even tell me why my order was canceled which I think is really not cool! If someone can help me that would be nice! . I really want that honey pot lip set!!!!

i never received my parcel, wasn't notified of its shipment or (from this point on i guess it's not on colourpop) failed delivery attempts notifications. i contacted the shipping company multiple times weeks and weeks ago and they never got back to me so i don't even know if the package will be sent back and if so whether i'm eligible for a refund

Bad international shipment delivery it takes 3 months to arrive to Kuwait , I ordered in the last June till now I haven’t receive my order

1. The shipment to Portugal took more than 2 MONTHS. 2. I was charged additional 25 euros for the delivery while on the website it is written that international shipping is free. 3. I did not receive the parcel - I ordered delivery “to door”, but my parcel was left in delivery point without any email notification. Colourpop even did not contact me seeing that parcel is not delivered after more than 2 months. Conclusion: TERRIBLE experience. Middle-quality product does not worth so much trouble. Not recommended.

Eyeshadow had major fallout. Glitter all over my face, not eyelids. Could only apply with fingers and it didn’t stay. No returns so I was stuck with a 20 piece box. Never again.
