very fast shipping and i love that i can use after pay !!

I'm from the Philippines and I place an order in Colourpop at least once a month. Their products are mostly of great quality yet budget-friendly, almost on par with higher end brands that I've tried. There were times when it takes more than 5 business days to ship but that's fine with me. They have great customer service and I get a response the next day when I send them concerns or issues. Not perfect but great.

I love the quality of ColourPop products, especially the eyeshadows. They are high quality but completely affordable. I do wish shipping was a little faster, but the shipping minimum is pretty attainable so I'm not surprised the speed is a little slower (Amazon Prime has emphasized how impatient I am). I would like to see more cool tones, particularly in purple since those are overwhelmingly pink and warm. I'm totally delighted by the palettes that are composed of single shadows and I'd like to see more of those vs. pre-made palettes. I've learned pre-made palettes are not a good fit for me because I only like half the shades. Because of that I don't tend to reach for the palette and ultimately it's just a waste of money. With the single shadow palette bundles, there's little risk of waste because pulling out what I don't use is easy.

Great quality especially for the price.The customer service is not the best. I have recieved some perfect orders but, I also just recieved an order that two of the eyeshadow pans had clear gouges missing and they didnt think the damage warranted doing anything to rectify the situation. So, you kind of order hoping everything comes in good condition. Other than that, I love the concepts and designs and the quality really is very good.

The colors are super pigmented, and the products are amazing!

Great brand, great offers and customer service. Returns is a no no though. They simply don't accept returns even for faulty and damaged goods but they will replace it. The only thing prevents a 4 star is their returns policy. Otherwise great.

Great product for the price

Excited to try your palates! Colors are gorgeous. Ordered two that came in a big box and lots of bubble wrap for protection so I appreciate they do their best to protect the product from cracking. One came with a clear sheet protector but other didnt. Also wish the shipping packaging was sleeker and less wasteful. Overall, good buy.
