I love Colourpop so much and have been plugging it to my friends for years! Lately however, I've been disappointed by the lack of representation/diverse skin tones used to promote new products. I can't make an accurate purchase when most of the videos and swatches feature the same light-medium deep employees/models.

Easy to order from, really good products for the price and good quality. Do think processing takes a good amount of time and their quality isnt always consistent. Overall will buy agaim though

This is my first order with ColourPop. My pallet was delivered in 5 days. It was securely wrapped to not cause any breakages. The product itself, So Jaded, is absolutely beautiful and the shades feel high end. I love it!

Love their shadows and their prices. They're always adding new products, which is great. Processing and shipping is VERY slow. It almost always takes over a week to process and deliver your order sometimes longer.

When you give free gifts to apologize for being late, maybe put something in that’s universal for every skin type/ skin tone to use. I hate ending up with an extra product that I would never wear or use.

I love Colourpop quite a lot. No other eyeshadow in this price point can compete with theirs. In fact, some much more expensive ones cannot. My biggest complaint is the recent change to the applicator wand for their Ultra Glossy lip glosses. I hate the brush applicator and really want the doe foot back! It's an unpleasant sensation but it also just applies so much less evenly and the bristles tend to get out of shape easily. Also, the liquid foundation was a huge fail for me. However, the stick foundation and concealer are big wins. Regardless, with their prices and selection it's really hard to beat Colourpop on quality and value, if not damn near impossible.

When I opened the palette, there was an indent in one of the eye shadow colors. Other than that, everything was perfect!
