I have so far bought 2 items from Colourpop the Uh-Huh Honey pallet and the ColourPop lipstick collab with Safiya. Both of these I had purchased online. With standard shipping, they still got here pretty quick. This is a great brand to help a new or aspiring makeup artist build their kit on a budget. While still being on the cheaper end on makeup there is also still quality to their products. I would say I thoroughly enjoy the products I have purchased and can't wait to try out more products from Colourpop! <3

Colourpop is great, just takes a while on shipping sometimes!

It can always happen when ordering lipstick, but the lipstick itself had moved around in the container. I had to poke it out and push it back in.

Great palettes. Wish the shadow, hungry ghost was usable on the eyes. And all them came with a protector on the mirror. One shadow was a little messed up.

Yo he realizado ya muchos pedidos en su página y el servicio me parece muy bueno, el empaquetado también, apesar de que en repetidas ocasiones me llegaron los productos dañados y en algunas otras no me llegó uno de los productos, es fácil hacer la reclamación con 1 email con las evidencias, ellos me apoyan con el reembolso, lo cual es muy satisfactorio pues tienes la confianza de seguir comprando a pesar de los inconvenientes; el único detalle por el que no le doy un 100% es porque me parece muy malo el servicio de envíos a México por el USPS ya que a pesar de que pagas el IVA al comprar, lo detiene aduana y se tarda una eternidad en liberarlos pues después de salir de aduanas lo entrega el servicio de correos de México que es pésimo; lo cual no sucede cuando los envíos los realizan por RRDonelly ya que los entrega una compañía de mensajería que se llama Redpack la cuál se espera hasta el límite de fecha de entrega lo cual también está mal pero al menos es un mejor servicio que el correo postal. Por lo que les pido que por favor no utilicen el USPS para envíos a México, pues si esto sucede tendré que dejar de comprar con colourpop. En general el servicio es 95% satisfactorio y lo recomiendo muchísimo 😍😍

I’m only giving 4 stars because the day after I purchased there was a big launch and my package got delayed even though I made my purchase before. Also I’m an international customer and I wish they had the option of express shipping with better tracking for international orders. Other than that I have no complaints, my items arrived in perfect condition, very tightly packaged in bubble wrap. The quality of the products is exactly what I expected, and the packaging and presentation is really pretty. Definitely buying again.
