My order was lost in the shipping, first I was informed to ask local carrier about it, they they checked it again and after over a month they admitted it was lost. I asked to send it again, still waiting for new tracking number. Poor experience so far.

Sin información de mi pedido, no llegan correos no nada indicando el seguimiento. Llevo más de un mes y medio esperando Mal servicio...

ts been 1 month and 11 days and i haven’t received my purchase.. i don’t appreciate that , i was so excited when i was buying however, i feel frustrated now that i have not received my items ..

Ho fatto un ordine senza ricevere poi più notizie al riguardo, spero non sia stato perso. Le indicazioni sul mio pacco si sono fermate a LA e del dopo non ho più notizie.

I was really disappointed that most of the products I paid for didn’t arrive with my shipment. It was extremely upsetting and I was only refunded as a one time courtesy when I told them the coupon they gave me wouldn’t actually cover the full cost. Colourpop used to have better customer service than this. I guess it gets crappier as the company grows.

I don’t receive my order...
