Although it took some time for my order to be process the Colorpop team did not keep me in the dark, shortly after being told my order would not be shipped until some time next week, I received another email 2 hours later saying it was shipped! Almost three weeks late I am just excited to be getting my product and not having to wait until December. However, a little discount for future purchases would have been nice for all of us who had a delay in our orders. Regardless I cannot wait to get my package!!

I bought the lipstick bundle from the Safiya collaboration. I completely understand that they took a while to ship, but I also think they should've been prepared for it to sell out. Other than the slight delay I've nothing but good things to say!

I love your products and shipping has always been fast however this time took longer. I saw some people recieved compensation for being late and I think if you are going to do that then do it for everyone that is late. My friend recieved her package before mine and got the gift however I didn't. It's super cool that you did that but if you are going to do that it should be fair across the board.

I'm always so happy with my products. However I placed my order on the October 3rd and I still haven't received it. That was 14 days ago. There's also zero tracking updates since I got the shipping notification. I'm a little disappointed in that.

Colourpop does high quality, affordable makeup. I've ordered before and the makeup came in a box a la Kylie Cosmetics (with a postcard and all) - keep in mind Kylie Cosmetics is definitely a price band higher! I've gotten both eye shadows, liquid lipsticks and regular lipsticks before. The liquid lipsticks are a bit dry, but regular lipsticks works a charm. Eye shadows are nice and pigmented and now in my regular rotation. However if you are based in the UK be prepared the parcel will take ABSOLUTELY AGES to get to you. International shipping will take at least 2 weeks if not more - so don't expect it to be quick! Plus, the tracking doesn't work so it feels quite risky ordering directly from them.

The delivery process is a little confusing but otherwise great lipstick and stayed on for a long time! I was impressed
