I loved all of the colors but there were some that came scratched up which made me a little upset!

I live in Canada and my item was shipped via UPS, getting it here quickly and right to my door! The packaging was nice and the item was mostly pristine (the bottom had been puckered and slightly ripped), and the quality of the item was terrific! I ordered a lipstick and it was the right item and packaged beautifully. Overall, very satisfied!

The collab makeup is fantastic with some of the best lipsticks I have used. However, my package got lost then delayed twice and arrived outside of the expected delivery.

The package came and was in good condition! I wish there was a tracking system, and although I'm pretty tech savvy i lost the arrival date and was just waiting in the wind!! The products came in perfect condition!

The only issue here is that they ship thru a carrier that doesn't show an ETA por your products, but quality and color wise, everything is perfect

Great products, disappointed that an eyeshadow pan arrived smashed as well as the new Disney collection's Belle Blush, aside from that, it's fantastic to find great products that are affordable, fantastic quality and vegan. Shame that international post workers don't feel the same way as my parcel was definitely bashed around!

The ordering process was fairly simple, and I received a free gift as my package was a few days late. My only complaint is that I was unable to receive a discount after signing up for their mailing list as my code didn’t work. Other than that, great products and fast shipping!

I love Colourpop , by far my favorite makeup brand. It’s affordable, versatile, and over all amazing. Of course though there’s always pros and cons: -Pros: Good pigmentation in eyeshadows, blushes, highlighters, and bronzers. -Affordable prices -Cruelty-free -Many options to choose from... especially the eyeshadow palettes! -Friendly Customer-service Cons -Shipping does take a while but I will say last time my package was late they sent a free gift to make up for it. -The eyeshadow pans are just a *bit* too small for my liking - If you accidentally order something, it can not be canceled, only returned - I love there lux lipsticks and lippie-stix but their matte liquid lips are extremely drying and peel off very easily 😭 -I find myself having a hard time choosing shades since they are a online-only brand Rather than those few cons I love Colourpop with all my heart❤️ And will continue to buy from them!
