I ordered 2 weeks before colourpop decided to stop shipping, and I have yet to receive anything. But they launched the mulan line over a week after my order and I saw all the instagram people getting their Mulan orders after colourpop announced they wouldn't be shipping to anyone. That's a garbage way to treat customers.

Since I was asked to submit a review before I have received my products, I will be honest with a 1 star review as far as keeping me informed of my order that was placed months ago. I am still inundated weekly, sometimes daily with beautiful, enticing emails promoting NEW palettes, yet no updates on my order. Everyone is dealing with awful Rona issues, but I get excited to see something from Colourpop and then get disappointed because it's just another pretty ad and no updates. So maybe don't send me ads and then I will be excited to get something in my mailbox when everybody is back up and running.

I havent received my package yet, after purchasing over a month ago. After contacting Colourpop, they advised that my package could be missing a scan because it’s been stuck in the international distribution center for weeks. So for this reason, i cant give feedback about the products.

Never received my items I ordered even though it said delivered was very disappointed! Tried to contact them and they said there was nothing they can do it may have gotten lost In the mail that I needed to call postal service called the postal office and they said they never received my order kinda fishy since I spent almost $40 dollars on this product and I can’t even get a refund ?? So sorry will not be ordering from this company ever again!
