I ordered the Safiya NygaardXColourpop Lipstick Collection. The lipsticks came late and were somewhat melted. When they hardened it had white residue and spots. I know that there’s no control over the weather, so it’s fine. Also the package was late, but I was given a blush for my patience. The lipsticks were great, great formula, and beautiful colors.

I love Colourpop and their products are some of the best out there. I just wish that the processing time was a little faster. I could understand a day or two, but when it takes a whole week for orders to ship, I do sometimes have to think if I really want to order.

ColourPop is my go-to makeup resource. They have a wonderful selection and their products are top notch without costing top dollar. I've had some issues in the past when I've ordered during a big launch and their warehouse was overwhelmed, but that's such an outlier that I don't really hold it against them. Products are amazing, quality is amazing, love the brand and what they stand for. I just wish they were available in more stores, only 1 Ulta in my area carries them and it's really far away.

Nice color and nice light texture. I almost wish it were a little thicker because it is a little messy on the bottle and cap. I wish it had sunscreen in it, with sunscreen it would be perfect.

While I have only ordered one thing from colourpop, I have found myself satisfied with their customer service. After a week of hearing nothing about my purchase I emailed them and as soon as support hours were open they got right back to me about what was happening with my product and have been sending multiple follow up emails to keep me informed. They are incredibly fast with responses and have clearly explained everything to me. The only reason I have given 4 instead of 5 is because I am still waiting on my product and I am waiting to test the product before I give them a full 5 stars.
