Love the Safiya collab. Could do a little better communicating re: shipping. I received my item pretty quickly even though it was delayed but due to the high volume of orders they had for this item there were several days between order confirmation and shipping confirmation. A little note in between would have been nice, just hey your order is ready to ship & we’ll send the tracking info soon. Or something.

I got two of the Safiya Nygard lipsticks. They're super pigmented and I LOVE the bat case and lipstick!

I ordered the SafiyaNygaard collab with colourpop and loved every single color that came in the package. The packing was so cute and holographic. A small disappointment was the delay in shipment where I had to contact several times to receive an update for my product update. Nevertheless, I have been super satisfied with the lipstick colors and would definitely order again and recommend this to all.

Love the palettes I bought but one was damaged when it arrived

Love colourpop products...wish it was available in the UK to make the shipping process smoother. Favourite products are definitely the super shock shadows...so creamy and unique.

I ordered a set of lipsticks, and they are great quality! Good colors, nice heavy construction of the tube itself, and the lipstick feels smooth and soft. Only downside is that they are a little smeary and don't last as long, but I don't mind that too much.

I absolutely adore their products!! My criticisms are mainly that they keep raising prices, release a L O T of products (it’s hard to keep up), and that their customer service isn’t always consistent. Sometimes packages will be packed and shipped very quickly, but other times they’ll take closer to 3 weeks. Still my favorite brand, but there’s a few things they could do to make it even better.

I love the packaging on the Safyia lipsticks but the formula doesn't last long at all and smudges easily.
