I love the company!! But it has taken them a little but longer than usual to get an order to me, but they are keeping me in the loop in which I appreciate very much.

The products themselves were fantastic. The lipsticks felt and looked great on my lips and that’s what matters most of all. The eyeliner was great as well. I have sensitive skin around my eyes and it caused zero irritation and the tip was very precise compared to others that I have used. The shipping was a little slow but understandable due to such an in demand product. I only have one complaint and one of my lipsticks, bikini bottom, popped out of the tube the first time i used it. Not the biggest deal to me I just popped it back in and used it. The packaging was also very adorable.

I don’t order from ColourPop often, but when I do it’s something I really want! I’ve never been disappointed with the product quality provided! I’ve never had issues receiving products. However, with the Safiya lipstick collection it took 5 business days to send a generic “you’re lucky to get this, but we are behind” e-mail; which seemed very sterile. ColourPop has a huge social media presence. I feel like they could have been more engaging and preemptive with customers whose orders were delayed.

I love colourpop but when they do big promotions they need to communicate when there are delays. My order was over two weeks ago and it hasn’t even been mailed out. After contacting them multiple times I received a 6 dollar coupon, but it isn’t stackable with any sales. If they’re going to give something for consolation it should be stackable with existing promotions.

Products themselves are great. Actually receiving the product after I ordered took forever but I appreciated the fact they tried to make it right by including a free lipgloss.

safiya nygaard x Colorpop I was really excited when Safiya announced her collab with colorpop and even more excited when I saw the colors she released. I had ordered Mrs. Norris because it looked like the perfect nude, but when I received it, I was a little disappointed in the color. I know that lipsticks look different on everyone, but I was hoping this would be more accurate to what it looked like online. I love the rest of her collection and plan on ordering more!

products looks and feels nice. was packed really good so nothing was broken when I got it. I'm very happy.

Ordered a collection item that quickly became sold out. It has taken 3 weeks but is almost here, which the wait time was understandable but the message to let me know the shipping would be longer had no specifics as to where my parcel was. But besides that it was a pleasant, easy experience.
