Order was never shipped out due to COVID-19. Found it unprofessional that a company would continue receiving orders not knowing when they're actually going to be shipping out the products. It felt like my money was being held for ransom lol. Got my refund but it ended up being less than what I paid them (e-mailed customer service and was told it could be due to customs -- which is ridiculous to me because nothing was ever even shipped out -- or the exchange rates from CAD to USD fluctuating). I just don't understand why you would keep taking orders when you can't even be sure of when the customers will ever receive what they paid for. Maybe that's just me though.

1 star because I never received the product. I understand that COVID-19 has impacted the company’s operations, but I never received any communications from ColourPop updating me on the status of my order. Funny enough...I did receive an email asking me to review the product that I never received.

I placed my order, the company quickly took the money out of my account and my order sat in processing for over a week. It was then over a week after receiving payment that I was sent an email saying they were shutting down and wouldn't be able to ship my order until further notice. It was 1 palette. It wasnt a huge order. Over a week after they already had my money but did nothing with my order. If you aren't shipping stop taking orders. It took over week to get the money back in my account. This was my 1st experience with colourpop and due to it being so shady and unprofessional I will never order with them again.

I have not gotten my product yet and I ordered it two months ago

I had placed an order but sadly my order had been delayed. I contact customer service for a question via email. And representative decided to cancel and refund my order. No where in my email did I state i wanted a refund nor to cancel order. Unfortunately my items are sold out unable to re-order. I was furious over this, it was a $158 order with Mulan collection. This was supposed to be a gift for my daughters graduation class of 2020. Another thing she missed out on :/ I guess no graduation no gift.

I wasn’t informed about the situation related to my package and I never got the delivery to my house.
