I really liked everything I received from colourpop! The quality is awesome so is the packaging. My only con was it took a while for my order to ship. But they did send me a single shadow as an extra for taking so long so that was really cool.

Love the prices! Quality is almost always top notch too. However, when I went to buy lipstick, there were no lip swatches like there used to be! It was so handy to see the colour on the different skin shades, especially when there are so many colours that are so similar! The eye shadow palette I brought had hardly any pictures of it either, and no arm swatches.

I ordered two lipsticks, an eyeshadow palette and a kit and the two lipsticks came in ruined. When I brought that to customer service they immediately resolved the problem. The palette and the kit are both absolutely amazing, I’ve been using the liquid lip that came with the kit almost every day, I absolutely love the smooth formula and it is super comfortable to wear on a consistent basis

The lipstick is great and very long lasting. The bat and writing details on the tube itself started coming off the first time I used it, that was a bit disappointing.
