i dont received my purchase..

Havent received any information about my order I place, and to top it off you don't offer refunds. It was my first time ordering something from you guys, and had a very bad experience. Not a happy customer

It's the second time I've ordered items in Colourpop, and both times I have issues with it. I placed my order 15th March, and then 28th March it arrived in Honolulu and stayed here for 1 month ! Actualy today on tracking, my parcel has arrived in Japan(!) and just remember destination country is France. Colourpop customer care told me that my parcel is in transit and I should contact my french postal carrier. (LX686245786US) I think I'll never order anything else at Colourpop.

You probably shouldn't send a survey for a product that hasn't shipped yet. I understand that the warehouses are shut down due to COVID-19, but you should rethink your marketing strategy when it comes to sending out these surveys. Food for thought.

Would be nice to know ahead of purchase that the company is not shipping due to Covid-19! I would’ve had the option to buy my wife something else for her birthday instead she is still waiting to receive her package. Thanks for the heads up. Ready to file for a refund.! Completely understand it’s the safety but the point is colourpop don’t even let their loyal customers know ahead of time that the warehouse is not shipping either.

You guys charged me and didn’t even give me My order?

I haven't received my package yet. Been waiting for over a month now.
