Fast delivery even to my little town in Sweden. And good packedging

I was really happy with how easy to use the website is and how simple ordering was. However, I think there is room for a few improvements. It would be nice if there was a currency converter on the website that told me the cost in GBP as well as USD. Also the tracking code I was sent didn't work, so I didn't know when my product would arrive! But overall I was really happy with the ordering process, shipping time from across the pond and the quality of the product.

The lipstick came in a nice and secure packaging, about two weeks after I ordered it. Though the packaging didn't help any since the lipstick broke off after turning it up all the way. Which is not bad, it's still usable but did disappoint me a bit. Applying it feels smooth and the colour looks great, just have to be careful now when I use it.

I absolutely love Colourpop products! They're eyeshadows are awesome and so are their lipsticks!

My purchase was easy to do. Shipping was very quick. Only bad thing is one of my many products came delivered with a huge crack and some crumbly. Never order shock shadows before. But the one in Frog came broken. So I don't know how well it will work. Everything else I ordered was great. Would like someone to contact me about my broken product.. thanks

Wonderful site, only disappointment is that it doesn't allow for changes in currency. Always a sad moment when you calculate the exchange rate and see how much more everything is actually costing.

It took insanely long for my shipment to be fulfilled. I paid for expedited shipping but it was useless when it took over a week to fulfill. It sucks because the products are great.

Best affordable makeup on the market! Only glitch is as a Canadian customer I cannot order build your own palettes over 20 because each individual shadow in the palette counts as one item.
