The things I've liked about Colourpop have been *awesome*! I wish that it was possible to return items I don't care for. It's difficult to get a true sense of colors and shades online, and I would prefer to be able to purchase in person so I could see what I'm choosing. However, the colors I enjoy have been incredible. I've gotten compliments immediately on a recent lipstick choice, and felt fabulous in it all day!

The products are really nice and the price is great. I love that you have a different selection than what I find elsewhere. Oh and love the collabs! The only thing is the time it takes to get the product is way too long I ordered on the 3rd of october and my product was only shipped on the 15th! That's just a bit too long!

I recently ordered 4 lipsticks, 3 from the new Safiya line and I love them! I also ordered the red Snow White lipstick from the Disney collection, a beautiful red that I was really looking forward to wearing, but it smells rancid, like oil that has gone bad. :( I looked and y’all don’t do returns or exchanges, all items are final sale. :/

Great quality, beautiful make up, fair prices. Shipping can be a wait, cost is going up, hard to purchase foundations. Customer service is excellent always respond in timely manner.

I LOVE colorpop products. However. As a canadian it is VERY expensive to shop from there (50 to get free shipping, and then the exchange on top of that!), and from what I can tell customer service is awful. I see nothing but terrible reviews when something breaks in shipping and CP refuses to replace it. Making afterpay available to canadians would be great too.

Colourpop's makeup is SO great. Not only are their products so affordable, but the quality is TOP-NOTCH. Aside from 1 broken product, all my other past orders have arrived amazingly! Would totally recommend to others!

I haven’t tried a single product from colourpop that i haven’t liked. All of the products are absolutely perfect, and they’re all so cheap! That being said, they’re released have become so repetitive. If they are going to release a collection a week, like they have been doing, they should all be distinct and new and innovative. They keep launching the same stuff! Overall, they’re products are amazing, but I would love to see new and different things from them.
