Not so happy!
I am so upset with you guys!! I ordered product almost two months ago and I have yet to receive it! I want the products I purchased and I understand that Covid 19 has but a strain on things but if other make up companies can still get their products out I feel like you guys can too! I am so disappointed in you guys!

Money over customer
They should not have released the Mulan collection knowing damn well that they were not going to ship orders right away. They were really quick to collect money from that purchase instead of charging AFTER having shipped the order. If anything, they should have waited to launch the Mulan collection AFTER they were able to ship. Also, everybody else is shipping orders such as Ulta, Macy's, Sephora, etc. Don't see any reason why they can't do the same.
