Love the makup, took longer to ship then expected but I also bought a new item so that might be expected

This is the first time I have bought anything from Colourpop but I've heard about how nice the brand is before from others. I love the layout of the website and how great the products look! I'm very excited for my package to get here!! Thank you Colourpop for being so wallet-friendly to someone who is just starting out with makeup!

I love the products and the site is fun and easy to navigate even when on mobile, the only issue I had was I forget that free shipping comes with orders of $30 or higher, and had to double check that. This was something I had to go to the main page to find because it was not given in the shopping cart/check out area. This might have been because I was on mobile.

I like Colourpop a lot. I have been with the company since it only had a few products. It has been great watching this company grow.

Great products for a great price however launches are too excessive. Way too many products are released and it becomes too overwhelming that I just stop buying for a very long time on their site. These constant releases prevent the consumer from feeling really excited about new releases and lead to being completely exasperated.

I love almost all of colourpop products but not the mascara. The formula always made my undereye turns out black then I look like a ghost. And the packaging of the mascara, stix blusher, the printed font on it disappear after more than a month & it made the products seem meh??
