My package don’t arrive yet, the international shipping is more than a month and it’s weird because last time the package arrived in 21 days.

One of my liners came broken and I went online weeks ago to submit the issue along with photos and never heard back. Won’t be purchasing from this brand again

I don't like the customer service, it isn't useful. I'm dissapointed

The lipgloss was horrible. Doesn’t paint, looks like I need to pass the lipgloss 5 times.

I think it’s interesting how I was offered 10% off and free shipping over $30 AND at checkout I was given a freebie. It’s all fun and games until I typed the discount code and my total went from $27 to $47 because special offers can’t be combined. If that’s the case, just stop giving customers a million things they can’t use and give either free shipping or the freebie or a discount code. You almost tricked me into paying for a “freebie” you gave me.

Part of my order is missing. There is no number to call. And I have gotten no response to my email.

I don’t like your delivery cause I waited for 5 weeks and cosmetics was crashed

The pencil doesn’t go on smoothly and it takes several tries to see any color
