Ordered 9 of these 2 weeks before a bachelorette party. Ordered didn’t come on time and was over 3 business days late, so we didn’t end up being able to use them or give them to the girls. I contacted customer service to return the order and they “don’t do returns”. This information is not apparent on the website and is only in the FAQs. If you’re going to have a “no returns” policy then it should be clearly stated on the website, not hidden in the FAQs. There’s also a 15% off code that you get when you allow them to sell your information which is a scam too. All they gave me was a $5 off coupon as if I’ll shop this brand ever again.

First time trying this make up brand. Not impressed at all, you definitely get what you pay for. I feel this make up is made more for pre-teens, definitely not grown women.

My product was completely separated, grainy and unusable.

It took a long time to receive it and the blush was broken. Couldn’t use it even once. It was a very pretty color but I had to order from someone else.

I bought the summer mystery gift box, and they didn’t ask any questions about my skin tone, so I ended up getting products I can never wear because they aren’t for my skin color

Wasn’t happy with the eyeshadow pallet. It wasn’t true to colour and made my eyes swell. Can’t use. Not sure if they issue refunds but I was not happy with my purchase. Pretty packaging though.
