A bit late but love everything else

Website was seamless and really vibrant. Made excited about trying their products for the first time. SUPER pumped they are partnered with After pay, ah!

Everything is priced very well!! Can’t wait to try all my new products!!

The prices are super affordable, products are amazing quality, but when it comes to shipping it’s higher than one of the products I bought!

The Safiya collection was fabulous, however the Disney Villain's jelly shadow was a disappointment. It appeared to be half filled. When I reached out to a rep they said it had likely settled during transit - if that was the case, the amount given is still small.

The shopping cart is a little inconvenient because you can’t click on things in your cart. You have to go back and individually search for each item. It would be nice to have a separate page for the cart instead of just a pop up on the side. It would also be helpful if there were swatches of every shadow. Other than that, the website was fun to use.

I’m only giving 4 stars because the 15% off for signing up wouldn’t work because I had 2 items on sale in my cart. You should have it to where you can use it on the non sale items .

I love ColourPop cosmetics. I am disappointed with my most recent order only because it wouldn't let me use a coupon code that they sent me. Other than that I've had only good experiences with the brand. Definitely recommend them often.
