It’s been a month and my package is still not here

Unhappy, other makeup company's are shipping and colorpop is not. Still waiting on the Mulan pallet. :( I bought it on launch day and still don't have it.

Over a month later and still haven’t received order or had any contact about it.

I understand that Covid 19 has everything closed but my friend ordered her color pop palette after me and she got hers I ordered mine beginning of March and still haven’t received mine. On top of that there’s people who aren’t a multi million industry and still manage to ship their products to me within a couple days... I just want my product. I also bought my product under a guest so in order for me to get a refund is that I have to call my bank say that I never got the product and can’t get a refund. Once they do that they have to start an investigation freeze my card then give me a new card and then I will get my refund after weeks.... I’m willing to wait for my product but would like an actual person to give me an answer other than an automotive email with that says the same thing.. I’m very frustrated at this point and want to know what is happening with my product

I ordered two months ago and still have not heard from my order, terrible service.

It’s been over a month and half . I’ve ordered some stuff that shipped from the Cali warehouse too and all came within a week . At this point just cancel my order and refund me

Still haven't received my package of 3 products more than a month later. Ordered them in early March, it's now April 30 and still haven't gotten anything.
