It took a while to arrive but I ordered a product that had just launched and the volume of orders was probably huge. The package arrived soaking wet (probably got wet in the process of arriving to my country in Europe, since it had been raining a lot), but the products inside were well protected so they weren't damaged. The tracking didn't update.

quality cosmetics for a great price. my only two issues with this brand is that 1) recently i’ve noticed the cheek products (blush, highlighter, bronzer) are lacking for darker complexions and 2) there’s no physical store, it honestly sucks to buy one product for $5 and then have to pay $6 for shipping and $3 for tax.

They didn't have a certain color of eyeliner in stock. Otherwise was great!

I really enjoy Colourpop and the quality of products has improved while also keeping costs low, which is amazing and very appreciated. I'd like to see better incentives like a rewards program with points earned towards small items. I'd also appreciate more sales on older items as the biggest sales always sell out of items. Shipping notifications are not always great and I end up having to track manually but I will say that shipping/]acking has only gotten better over time and I love how well things are wrapped and rarely arrive broken. All in all, I always highly recommend Colourpop.

The website doesn't load but I don't care I love colourpop so much for the price!! The only difficulty I have ever had with them is that their website doesn't like to load on any of my devices. This could obviously be a personal problem so I don't fault them too much for it.

The first lipstick was fantastic without any problems and looked beautiful. the other one I got had lipstick all over the container and was supposed to have the YouTubers name on the base and did not (Safyia) unless they're only putting the name on the one but that wouldn't make any sense. but I did appreciate getting the 'sorry we're late' lipstick as well I thought that was very nice. I was just confused by the one covered in lipstick and not nice and clean.

Colourpop is one of my favorite brands and one of the few that I go out of my way to buy from on their own website. They have an unparalleled selection of colors for the price. That being said, in the last few years I've found it more and more difficult to get excited for their new launches since it seems like something new comes out every week. I actually buy less because once I make one order they come out with something new that I forget about by the next time I make another order.

I’ve been ordering from ColourPop since 2017, I have tried most of their products and I love them. The eyeshadows are only getting better! Their lux lipstick 😍 Would really recommend trying them out!
