I love the brand because their palettes have a great pigmentation and quality, but discounts should be able to be applied over collab bundles/palettes/lipsticks too.

Slight delay in getting my order but they had included a free lip gloss as an apology. The eyeshadows arrived perfect. However, of the 6 lipsticks ordered one had come loose inside its case and was slightly damaged on arrival, it was fiixable but the tip was squished. This was more of a transport problem rather than an problem with the actual product. But one of the other lipsticks had a small patch of cloudy discolouration on it. Overall the products are good quality and true to the colours and finishes shown online.

Great products for great prices. The only thing I wish they had was a rewards system for repeat customers. And also a Canadian site with Canadian prices. I know there is a huge community that shops on ColourPop and a rewards system would be very beneficial

I think the products themselves are pretty great and packaging generally is very beautiful. However, each shipment I have received has been poorly put together and the outer packaging of the product has often been folded creased and/or ripped. I'm not impressed at all with how things are shipped and if I'm paying full price my products should not be arriving broken even if its mainly the packaging.

I love Colourpop shadows! These monochromatic shadow pallets are my new favorite things.

First time shopping ColourPop. I was very VERY impressed by the packaging. It was cute, well wrapped and had all recyclable packaging! I ordered 5 palettes, 6 lipsticks, 2 shock shadows, and 1 body glitter. I loved it all, however, some palettes came with protective covers and mirrors covered, others did not: I wasn't sure why this was, but someone mentioned it may be a returned item. It didn't look used so I didn't pay it too much attention. The matte lipstick wasn't kiss proof and was very drying/heavy, which was a bummer. However the blotted lip was amazing, it had light coverage and felt and looked like a lip stain. I didn't try the lippie sticks yet but they look creamy and had nice colours when swatched. Shock shadows were very creamy, I was impressed; the palettes had gorgeous, pigmented colour and beautiful glitters - I'd go as far to say that it was better than my Naked palette! Finally, my only other bummer was the "Your A Firework" body glitter: I swore I read that it was an eye glitter and was so sad to see it was not approved for use on the eyes - I have no use for it otherwise so I don't know what I will be doing with it. Despite these few disappointments, I would 100% recommend ColourPop to a friend and I'll definitely be trying more no products - the price, cruelty free label and sustainable packaging was a huge bonus for me.

I ordered the Safiya Nygard × Colourpop lipstick bundle and it was delayed for about a week and a half. I understand that due to the demand my order was delayed, but I would have appreciated a notice sooner, and for the notice to say some sort of timeline rather than your order has been delayed but dont worry we haven't forgotten about it and will send it out asap. I did appreciate that when I received my order there was an I'm sorry your order was delayed note and bonus liquid lipstick. The quality of the lipsticks from this collaboration is fantastic and I will purchase items from Colourpop again!
