Colourpop has always been reliable in terms of shipping and delivery, as well as product quality. I've loved 99% of everything I've gotten from them, and seeing as I order from them a lot, that's a noteworthy percentage. However, because of it being available almost exclusively online, I do wish they would focus a little more on swatching the products. I know each product's page has pictures of the product on three models with different skin tones but that's hardly an illustrative range. And the swatching videos they post on Youtube almost always seem to feature models with similar skin tones. In addition, they usually just swatch the products on their arms. All in all, it's pretty difficult to choose which products to buy a lot of the time, which can be frustrating. Sometimes I just give up on buying something because it's too difficult.

I’m gonna be honest. The fact I have to pay tax now takes off a star (used to not be that way) Weird, I know. The makeup itself is amazing. Arrives quickly. Usually worth just spending the 30 for free shipping.

Colourpop is awesome. I do appreciate the partnership with Disney and happy to finally capture some items. It's a shame that Disney will not reward for use and buying through Disney nor will Colourpop allow for any applied discounts to this line. If either were the case or if both places had all the items I would be able to buy and would have more. Without having to buy half in a store and half online. ...either way I'm happy the brand is flourishing and I'm still happy to support even without a deal...

My lipsticks arrived in time and form, the only complain would be that the tracker page doesn’t work that well!

I absolutely love the lipstick I got! Berry Me In Lipsticks. I gave a rating of 4 out of 5 because the one lipstick came in a plastic package inside another plastic package. Packaging overkill. Save the planet!

I've always gotten great, quality products that I regularly recommend to friends, family, and makeup clients. I use these products in both my personal and professional life. Prices are great and I hope they stay low and quality stays high. My only complaint is shipping seems to take awhile from the time you order to when you receive them, especially during a promo. Otherwise, I have zero complaints and will continue to shop at Colourpop.

Your site was very easy to order from but I was very disappointed that when I ordered the big box of Lippie for my granddaughter for Christmas, when I got to the payment part a pop up said it was too big to send out of the country ?? I live in New Zealand. My granddaughter will be so disappointed. I also ordered another product which was no problem ordering at all. Regards Claire Hampton
