I love that Colourpop is affordable, has vegan options and the eyeshadow formula is one of the best I’ve ever tried. The one thing I don’t love is when they put pressed glitters in palettes. I don’t wear glitter so I don’t want it in an eye shadow palette. Shipping can sometimes tame a little too long but it’s never egregious. Also I like that they have after pay which help me budget my large purchase over time. Not to be used lightly however. You can get carried away.

Customer service is great and always tries to answer any questions or concerns. They try to ship things as fast as possible but sometimes it can take longer than expected. Quality is amazing from everything I have tried and am super excited to keep ordering more.

I really like colourpop. The palettes and the individual eyeshadows are the bomb. I'm really impressed with the lipsticks. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I’ve received some eyeliners that have been broken and they don’t replace them. So I’ve had to throw some away, which is a waste of my money

The check out process was not user friendly for Canadians as it was not letting me check out but wouldn't tell me why. All it said was that this address did not work for shipping. After many days and attempts I figured out the problem. For international shipping you cannot have more than 20 products in your cart. However, I was trying to buy a "build your own palette", the one with 24 colours. This made my cart seem like it has 25 items in it however, it was only 1 palette. That was disappointing so I had to choose the smaller palette. This should be more clear and easier to figure out. I shouldn't have to try 10 different things to get my order to go through. Throughout this process many of the eye shadow colours I wanted sold out which I am so sad about!

Too expensive to ship to Canada I’m always excited to order because the make up is cheap but then I see the price at check out and decided I have to take some things out of my cart because shipping is $10

This is honestly my TOP favorite cosmetic brand that is NOT drugstore, but it is very much affordable. I appreciate the diversity and range of options this company has for nearly all their makeup items, but what I do NOT like is that they continue to add Pressed Glitters in their newer eyeshadow palette releases. If they could just sell them separately for those who like/enjoy glitter that would be a much better option since they're Technically NOT eye safe. This is one of the main reasons for why I didn't rate them at 5 stars, that and because they're ALWAYS constantly releasing new items and they're also discounting items that haven't even been on their site for a year and was never released as limited edition either. I also wish that Colourpop would release a foundation that is actually for oily/combo skin types because all 3 that have been released are NOT oily skin friendly IMO, but the concealer is EVERYTHING and I wish that formula could be used as the foundation instead, please consider tweaking of a couple of things!

The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is that I am based in SA and it takes over two months for my orders to arrive... Would be great if they had a local distributor that could import Colour pop to SA!
