Ordered March 17th, still hasn't been shipped, nor has anyone from colorpop reached out via email to explain the delay or when they anticipate being able to ship product. The lack of communication is poor customer service

Product has not been shipped ! It’s been over a month

I ordered something in the beginning of March and has yet to ship.

I’m not sure why Colourpop is continuing to send advertisements and promotions to everyone’s emails when no one is able to receive their orders in the first place. It feels like a scam, almost, because the company is encouraging everyone on its list service to purchase its products, fully knowing the products won’t reach the customer’s address within 5-7 business days, or at all. I ordered items from Glossier and Colourpop on the same day, MARCH 19th, yet while Glossier’s package came within a week, I have yet to receive a package from Colourpop. I understand the constraints the company faces in light of COVID-19, but Colourpop should spend less resources on marketing/public relations and begin holding itself accountable to the reality- the products it promotes and floods email accounts with will not reach the hands of the consumers that sustain its profits.

Ordered March 20th. Haven't received product.

I love the products but shipping is horrible waiting for over a month an a half and still no email or anything.

This company has always made me feel like going elsewhere but I stick with them idk why!
