Hi! i bought two items from you, i'm from Mexico so the time of waiting was kind of long, but that wasn't the problem. When i received my package i noticed that one of the products had a yellow stain on it. I reached out to Costumer Services (they took like more than a week to respond, but ok) and they told me that it was normal. Anyway, i'm not mad, but it doesn't look pretty anymore, at least, not like the one i saw on your page. Hope this comment helps to improve your service.

Lack of Communication My order was missing an item, which was not a big deal at all. The rating for me comes from communication, or lack thereof, with ColourPop. I had emailed about the missing item and got no response. I went on the website and filled out the form for missing items and still received no response. My replacement item did eventually show up but I found it so odd - and bad customer service - that I never got an email acknowledging my missing item and verifying it was being replaced.

Every time I purchase from Colourpop, it is with the greatest of expectations. Unfortunately, the products never live up to those expectations. For instance, I recently bought a bullet lipstick and the first time I used it, the bullet fell out of the lipstick tube and onto my bathroom floor. And every time before, from palettes to single powder shadows to Supershock highlighters to cream blushes, the shades are never quite what I want. The taupes are more brown, the purples are too pink, the cools are too warm, etc. I can’t see myself making another purchase.

To begin, I would love to say that the quality of Colourpop’s eyeshadow is unmatched. The eyeshadow products are bold and smooth allowing for condensed color on the skin. I would say the same with blush as well. The reason I give Colourpop as a whole, 3 stars, is because overall the products are low quality. Liquid lipstick, for example clumps up very badly and falls off in chunks. The ingredients for the skincare line is actually very unhealthy for skin. I also wonder if the ratings for products themselves are manipulated. Colourpop can do better by reassessing formulas and ingredients used for better quality.

Bought some lip liners and matte lippies. They weren't that matte and took long to dry. Also sharpening the liners isn't that easy. But the colours are all great !
