The products are AMAZING!!!! I’m in love BUT the time it took to arrive was awful. Took around 6 weeks to arrive which is CRAZY! Package arrived in Auckland New Zealand on 27th didn’t arrive till 15th. It should not take 15 days!! To come from from Auckland to Invercargill. That is never heard of. So please maybe try to switch to express shipping or a different source of fasting shipping service. Ta xx

International Buyer from Australia here: Colourpops products are good quality, sizes are compact and neat, packaging is safe and my items were not damaged in shipment. However, I didn't receive half the items I purchased in my 2 separate orders and when I reached out to colourpops customer service via their website and they failed to reply or contact me to provide any support or compensation until I raised a dispute on Paypal, telling me to close the dispute before any further assistance.

Shadows were fragile and arrived looking not too new, crumbly in the pan with scratches on the surface? Not sure what the palettes have gone through but not too thrilled about my order

The shipping took much longer than the website claimed it would take. I needed the item I ordered for a specific event, but it arrived more than a week too late, so I no longer need the item.

I love the colour but the lipstick very quickly rubs off half of the lip, and just leaves an outline - as in in just a few lips rubs. That was disappointing. I have to use another brand on top to keep it looking ok.
