I really love the brand and their product! I'm in love with them, the only bad thing that I've experienced is that my deliveries haven't been complete, I'm alway missing items in my packages.

The shipping price really makes me second guess my order... I would also like to be able to see prices in other currencies such as CAD to make it easier to know my total without online guessing it.

Colourpop order to Canada The tracking number didn't really work, but I did eventually get my package. Stuff was in nice condition, nothing broken.

I love Colourpop products. My main complaint is that adequate swatches are not provided. Many colors look very different on than in the pan. I’ve come to rely more on the worded description. Also pics for comparison for foundation products are not great. The quality of images greatly varies making comparison hard. Also there are products that do not have glitter in the description when in fact there sometimes is unmentioned glitter. If there is large or small particle glitter it should be included in the description. Finally some colors are nearly identical like z Boys and Gimme S’More. They are identical but show one as peachy and one as pink on the website. Also Beast lux lipstick is almost identical to Lip Tint A Go Go. These things make browsing filled with unknowns and stressful. But the products are so good and inexpensive that it is still worth it to me to choose Colourpop as my primary source of makeup.

Everything came quickly! Only thing is, despite lots of bubble wrap and the box being marked Fragile, one shadow in the pallette is cracked. Still usable, but a little sad! Gorgeous colours though, can't wait to play!

I love the products! The website can have some transition issues going between screens & also when zooming in on product photos.

Everything‘s been grate, but you just send too much newsletter! I feel like I‘m getting two different a day! Reduce it more to 1 every 2 or 3 days...
