My item is not here and was ordered a long time ago. I would not recommend in the future. Never had issues with this company years ago, but apparently they have changed.

I placed an order before the shelter in place order happened. I have yet to receive ANY information regarding my items, haven’t received my items but you guys already charged me for them!!! An email saying the items were delayed or anything would of been nice but no I got nothing except the charge for the items I ordered.

Poor customer service! COVID-19 has understandably disrupted shipping and company functions in every manner. However, Colourpop's response has been non-existent. I have reached out on separate occasions to ask about shipping or when to expect the product I purchased and there has been no response at all.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I ordered from them on 3/23 and was advised that they could not ship due to COVID-19 after I placed my order - why would you allow someone to place an order if you could not fill it. I requested a refund on March 24th and as of May 2nd have not received the refund nor the products.

I ordered on March 22nd, it’s May 2nd & still haven’t received my items.

I still haven’t gotten it two months later
