Okay soooo everything I ordered was beautiful, I love the pallet and the way it goes on. The only problem I had is that the shipping took super long, it took 4 days to process and to finally ship and then it arrived in 2-3 days. It was worth the wait but I am inpatient. That’s why I gave 4 stars.

Colourpop is great, I love the eyeshadow pigmentation. The brow pomade is very pigmented too. My only issue is it seems like their lip gloss tubes don't have enough in them, besides that I live them

The address is exceed 40 words, I think to short. My adress is so long, I was tried my best to make it OK. It’s really difficult. In China, some provinces include some areas, but areas include some towns, the last is road. So I should write area, and the town, last, road. It’s must over 40 words.

The search function on colourpop could be honed better, especially when it comes to the collection items. For example, when you search by a Disney Princess/Villain name, not all the products always show up despite ones that don’t being in stock. A more generalized search could help catch the interest of people who are just browsing or for people who are buying on behalf of others and might not know what to look for.

Colourpop has high quality products for a very affordable price and the shipping is fairly quick. Sometimes because the products are so affordable, the shipping ends up costing about as half as much as the order itself, but it’s often still less than choosing another brand, so overall it’s worth it. They partner with very talented and respectable people to create unique products, and I’m always excited to see what they come up with next.
