I ordered a lot of make up in February, FEBRUARY. I still haven’t gotten my package and I’ve written to the custom service over 10 times. I never got any good answers just that “the package probably didn’t get scanned”. I even had to call my country’s postal office and they said that my package haven’t even left the states. Colourpop didn’t help me at all during all this time. I have no trust in this company anymore. I’m so disappointed and sad.

Wait for over a month but still did not get my order. Should let customer know ahead that the item will not ship out for next 30 days.
