I feel the quality is very good for the price point. Wish they would not discontinue some products.

I've had trouble ordering in the past and I wasn't able to change my address after it was shipped. But I TRIPLE checked everything so it should be correct, I'm hoping I actually receive my package this time! Ease of checkout was much smoother this time.

Colourpop is a great brand with high quality products that are inexpensive; however, they release too many launches and many of their eyeshadow palettes look the exact same. They should slow down the launches and focus on making unique and creative products.

When I first started ordering ColourPop the site was a bit overwhelming. Now, that I am a few orders in the website makes sense to me. However, on my Kindle not all pages load. That's not a huge issue I just use my IPad instead. I do realize inorder to make sure I get through ALL the products the site offers I must go through everything ie;shop/face at the top go through individually foundation, concealer, primer & setting spray, powder, highlighter, blush & bronzer, palettes. This way I don't miss anything. Also, the reason why I am giving 4 stars instead 5; I notice whatever I put in my cart does not save. You must add to wishlist, THEN if you add to cart you MUST delete from wishlist YOURSELF or it stays. It took me WAY too long to figure this part out & I'm kind of embarrassed.. I'm adding this so hopefully it'll save someone else to headache of adding things to their cart then trying to resume the next day, don't everything will be gone even though you are logged in!

A little disappointed I could not apply the 10% to my order.

I tried to afterpay and it didn’t work. It kept giving me an error and I work in IT. It wouldn’t be specific about what I was doing wrong ? So I had to do PayPal. Which I trust as long as I can throw it.
