Still have not gotten my product, from march.

Haven't received but money already taken !

My order has been processing for a month now and I haven’t gotten any response from my first email that I sent.

It still hasn’t been processed and yet to be shipped.

Placed makeup order a month ago. No updates have been given. You guys just shut down all shipping and won’t send people out their products that they paid for yet you’re still manufacturing products... That’s odd. Somehow other companies have managed to safely ship out Customer’s products that they paid for but you guys are just holding on to Customer products and money under the guise that you’re unable to work at this time. Sitting there collecting interest on customer’s money while failing to give the customers the products they paid for! I’ve been a customer for years, always placing large orders. I will not be ordering From this lazy company again.

I've never used your products because what I ordered couldn't be shipped.
