My first time purchasing your products. Sadly, an item received was not to satisfaction. With this company….that’s just to bad. You loose!! Well not again. You lost my future business. Buyers Beware!

I haven't received any news of the shipment in almost 20 days, and the package hasn't arrived yet. I did my purchase a month ago

I had a great experience with Colourpop with the qualitiy of the items and fast shipping so I ordered from them again. I live in a Townhouse complex and realized my townhouse number wasn't included when I placed the order. I informed Colourpop right away. They gave me the runaround and said I had to take it up with the courier. The courier said it was the responsibility of colourpop to change the address. As a result of this I did not receive that order. They did send a replacement order however many of the items I had received were no longer in stock. And I had placed the initial order during a sale. So the refund I received can't buy much as they said the coupon code can't be used for promotions. There are any other companies out there I know who will assist me If I have problems after placing an order. I will be using them instead of Colourpop in the future.

This was my first order in Colourpop. They took 6 working days to dispatch my order, and I received it like 20 days later (it was shipped from the US to Spain. Kinda slow for me). Unfortunately they were out of stock of one item so they did a refund and gave me a 5$ discount code for the next purchase. When my package arrived, there was another missing item too. I contacted them again and they are really slow replying. I wrote them on September, 15th and I haven’t receive my refund yet. The products have a great price-quality ratio but I don’t know if is worth it to order online again since they have so many issues with their customer service.

International shipping takes FOREVER….it’s been almost 2 months y’all where my package at😩

I ordered more than 1 monthago, still not receive the package so I cannot review any product but just the very slow tracking

I recieved the wrong item, sent all required pics and info, got $5 credit, had to spend 10 bucks on shipping. Quality of product and packaging is great, but service is poor. Pro tip, if I pay for an item, and receive the incorrect item when the right item is properly listed on the packing slip, I expect you to send me that item free of charge ASAP. Sorry no exceptions to that rule. Getting me to go back to your site to buy more crap is honestly rude and shady. Not surprised by a US company. Would consider buying again, but unlikely.
