I never received my order

I placed a order of lippencils on 28 july. Still did not get my order. Very disappointed

It's 2023. It should not take 2 business days for you to process an order.

Shipping has taken over 1 month and a half.

Lippie stix was broken

I’ve already rated them. We’re supposed to be a all day lip gloss. No better lasting than drugstore brands!

Paid high shipping charges to UK where delivery is by dhl and hermes both useless as they dont have a customer number only through chat. Gave both strict instructions not to leave my parcels at the door instead to tell the driver to deliver after 11am and call me if not possible but not to leave at door if no one is home we have lots of robberies in our area. Instructions were ignored, but I got the parcels when we got home. Products ordered are tiny the chrome eyeshadow is 1.5 g only I have never seen such a tiny product even my mascara is bigger not worth it this product is for 12 dollars! Clever marketing on social media showing the product as close up and no mention of size. Customer service S was not helpful when I told her about the delivery messup.

This company does not take care of its customers. They kept automatically cancelling my order and when I emailed them they could not do anything. I have been a customer since 2017, but they just decided to not help me
