Awesome costumer service and amazing prices for amazing quality products! However, I have had multiple issues with not getting my shipped item on the expected delivery date.

I love the Orange you glad palette, but my shadows popped out the casing and 3 of them broke.

My orders are always quick, on time & arrive undamaged! I had to give 4 stars because the site told me I’d get a 10% off coupon code at checkout, but it didn’t!! I went ahead & ordered it anyway since it was a limited time offer...

It was great but a little difficult to choose the color

It’s really easy to use the site and the products are reliably affordable and good quality. It makes really good makeup accessible to those who can’t afford to spend $1000s.

Overall great quality for the price. However, the lack of cooltones among some base products is disappointing. As well as the bigoted perspective that natural red hair has drown undertones, it does not. It would do well to stop appealing to bottled and lying people.

The only problem I've experienced multiple times is the delivery. I had missing packages, received a Colourpop package once and it wasn't under my name and the contents aren't what I ordered. Usually Colourpop packages takes a month but there was once it took 6 months (half a year)

Really great products, great shade ranges and theres always something new! the only downsides are that products stop being available pretty quickly, and international shipping takes almost 2 weeks with inconsistent tracking.
