I ordered through colourpop in March, it is now May and I still have not received my package. I understand that this is due to the Coronavirus pandemic but other companies have been able to get things out to me on the date expected or quicker and I have still heard nothing from colourpop about my purchase.

Very disappointing, I ordered a few products, I asked to change my shipping address because the order was on hold due to COVID. The representative cancelled my whole order without me saying to do so. I said clearly do not cancel my order, because the items I ordered were now out of stock online and I couldn't re-order. Disappointed in the service.
