Big fan of colourpop lipsticks and eyeshadows but it’s so hard to tell true colors off the website. Most of them don’t even have swatch pictures. I‘ve been disappointed in the color or similarity of products in person when they look very different online. With no refund or exchange policy, I’m out of luck if a color isn’t what I thought. Honestly I’m better off googling the colors to see swatches from the blogs. Too much research for simple make up orders! The quality and price of the products cannot be best. I love them but hate taking the risk with new colors I might not be happy with and waste my money.

I think the prices are great ... it’d be nice to view them in CAD. It also would be nice to have free shipping awarded with a lower dollar amount spent. And I think rewarding customers who have spent a certain amount and or bought so many items is always a positive. Customers, no matter how long they’ve been a customer of your company, appreciate deals and acknowledgement of their business. Not just new customers.

i love colour pop, i got stuff from there once before, i git a highlighter pallet from there an its all i use, very affordable, an great quality. so worth the money!!! i just bought a super shock highlighter, concealer, a eyeshadow pallet an foundation an it all came to 42$!!! (with a discount code) would definitely recomend

Hello! I love your products and I truly hope someone reads this review. I ordered two lip liners but no where does it say that I can sharpen these plastic lip liners. I was very discouraged. I almost threw one away when the top product had run out. But I bit into it and saw there was more product inside. I then looked for YouTube video and it seems I’m not the only one having this misunderstanding. My lip liner is ruined now. I cannot sharpen it anymore. :(

Overall good products and persona but putting glitters that arent eye safe in eyeshadow palettes is shady, and a few other small shady practices that add up. Nothing to make me not buy from them or recommend them though.
