For my first time purchase this was an absolute disaster. It is unfortunate, while they did reach out and attempted to help. This did not resolve my issue and I will not be purchasing again

I don't receive my order !

I understand we’re going through a rough time in history, but I don’t understand how you can still sell products, then tell your customers that you can’t ship anything, then not even give an estimate on when you CAN ship, and continue to bombard with sales pitches on products! Even though, you offer a money back guarantee, it sure took a long time to get the money back!!! You shouldn’t be pushing products that you can’t deliver & you shouldn’t be filling people’s emails everyday, with things you you don’t even fulfill.

Didn't receive my package

I know Covid was out of your hands but I found it very discouraging that you didn’t disclose with your customers that the warehouses would be shut down and affect the order times. I was only informed after I paid and at that point I just want my makeup I didn’t want a refund. I’m still waiting for my order that was placed in March. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
