I haven’t received my package and it’s a bit frustrating that I wasn’t informed about shipping being delayed before I purchased my items

I have not received my purchase.

it been 2 months still not products

I have placed and paid for an order, however it has not been processed and I have not received any notification or updates.

After weeks of delays, they kept offering to refund my order if I didn't want to wait. I opted to wait. Today I see they cancelled the order for me and issued a refund. Shouldn't you at least let a customer know what the issue was that prevented you from fulfilling their order (maybe it was out of stock, though your site allowed me to order the item)? Maybe offer a suitable replacement at a discount? Never again.

It has been over a month and my order is still missing:(

My order was never processed. You did not provide any information about a delay, so when I checked on the order, you said there was no timing estimate and therefore cancelled the order.
