The products are well priced with good-quality products. Loving the eye makeup products most. Shipment wise is rather worrying for us. This is the main concern which makes me think twice shopping for Colourpop products. I’ve experienced missing parcels and also mispacked items which required us to reship the item back to US in order to resend again to us. Wad a hassle hence we dis not do so, however, we received a compensation voucher which we had to use within 3 months. If we were to use that to buy back the initial unshipped item, shipping fee would occur. So, Do skip shopping during special deals seasons.

Products and prices are incredible! International shipping (Canada) takes a fairly long time.

I love their makeup so much, and I've never had a problem with shipping or quality! I have had issues loading their website, though, and sometimes have to switch between firefox and instagram's browser for some reason.

I think paying $5 for shipping is a bit much but I’m hoping the quality of eyeshadow makes up for it. Also the three pictures I saw of the new palette I bought all looked like different shades-so better quality pictures that really show true colors would be nicer.

I love Colourpop! I’ve liked every item I’ve ever tried. Good quality beauty for an affordable price. My only complaint is that the orders sometimes take a long time to process and ship but other than that this a great brand!

I love, love colourpop's offerings. Their affordable, cruelty-free, quality makeup is one of my favorite ways to take care of myself. That being said, I find myself having to look up swatches on google to see the true color of many products and see side by side swatch comparisons. Sometimes the colourpop lip products do not have swatches at all, and if they do, they are usually minimal. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but I really appreciate when ecommerce sites have great and plentiful product photos! I personally feel like I would be more inclined to try more lip colors if the site had more photos.

The website is very organized and easy to use on the computer. However, on a mobile device, the filter drop-down menu gets cut off by the screen, rendering it unusable.

I think the shipping is way expensive. My coupon did not work as well. Its the first time ordering so I hope the products are good.
