The highlight I got has ZERO shimmer
The highlight I got has ZERO shimmer. It looks like I just put a paste on my face. Highly disappointed because a long time ago I got a similar highlighter and it was amazing. This is the most awful dull highlighter I’ve ever purchased. Both powders I bout are awful too. I had to scratch the surface to even get any kind of power on my brush. Even then it doesn’t even transfer to my face. Never buying these products again.
