The products are great but the shipping to Australia takes for ever! 2 months after purchases is not good at all!

Colourpop has decent quality products. I just wish they’d focus less on having huge launches every two weeks that are basically the same shades repackaged and shift toward a more inclusive shade range on some of their products and maybe less wasteful packaging

One of my super shock eye shadows had no plastic covering. So the powder was exposed and dried out:(

Too many emails, give customers option to have 1 email per week. When multiple emails come out, they flood the inbox and I don't read them.

One of the Lipsticks I bought was slightly raised in the package which caused a dent in the lipstick and caused the cap to be dirty but it was easy to clean so it was fine. The quality was good and I really liked the colors and the formulation

I ordered the Twist of Slate eyeshadow palette, and absolutely love the matte and shimmer shades. The shadows blend beautifully and have great lasting power. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I wish there was a mirror for when I travel with this palette. So nice to find an eyeshadow palette with cool tones!

Glowing lip balms are superb. Glossy, yet pigmented enough for a pop of color. Hard Candy palette was a small gift for my 27 year old daughter and she absolutely loves that palette. Those are her shades, right up her alley. Shipping always sucks with Colourpop, though.

The products are very pretty. I gifted them to a friend and she loves them. The only downside: the packaging was a bit damaged. It could‘ve been packaged a bit more carefully.
