Overall, Colourpop has amazing products- I've never ordered anything I didn't love! Customer service is very good in the sense of quick responses and no questions asked if they need to replace a broken or incorrect product, so that's very appreciated! My feedback is that it's frustrating to only be able to contact customer service online. Sometimes you just need to talk to a person instead of writing to explain an issue or ask a question. Also, I think the amount of products being released is a bit ridiculous and it's honestly made me order much less than I used to. It's overwhelming and it sucks to feel like you don't want to place an order for fear they're going to release something you want right after you do place an order. I end up waiting and then just giving up or getting over even wanting to place an order at all. Still, love the quality and price point of the products when and if I do order :)

The products are great but..... We expected that the products arrived on time, therefore it has a delay of one week... Thanks for your help

I wish there was an option to see the pricing in canadian dollars.

The cart was so hard to navigate around the BYOP. It was frustrating that I couldn’t edit my palette colours after adding to cart.

Súper excelentes productos, fácil de navegar y comprar en su página, lo único malo todavía es el envío a mi País México, es muy tardado y en ocasiones, las sombras sobretodo, llegan en muy malas condiciones.

Great makeup. But picking foundation shades is hard and you don’t allow returns which makes it very difficult to commit to buying fade products. IF you aren’t going to give refunds, at least give more options of brands in your shade matcher!!!

Very happy about how quickly I was informed of the return of the loo colour that I wanted (Limbo). Love the color pay off of the lipsticks/lippie stocks that I get. I see repurchases in my future.
