I still haven't received my order......

I never got my order that I ordered 2 months ago.

I used to absolutely LOVE Colourpop. I loved their products and their collaborations produced astounding colors that looked beautiful and unique on everyone. Now, all of the beautiful products that we all loved beyond words no longer exist or can no longer be found at all. These products were absolute staples in our lives. You get no answer when enquiring about them. The products now are weird colors no one wears on a daily basis or only exclusively fit a very narrow artistic or makeup artist-guru pallet, or are for very very fair complexions. The range of ultra matte lippis or super shocks or liners that made C-pop famous is non- existent. On top of this, they kept advertising products and marketing to no end when they WERE NOT shipping any online purchases at all, yet they kept collecting money from us while other (most) online retailers shipped with zero problems. I ordered over 2 1/2 months ago and it still has not even been processed for shipping. I don't want a refund, I need the items because some I ordered for someone else. Colourpop then sent an email that they would start shipping two weeks ago. I added another order thinking they can ship both out together that they're back in business. That order too is sitting in the queue and has not been processed for shipping either. Yet, on Insta, Facebook, and Twitter and in email blasts they are still marketing new (ugly and irrelevant) products and collecting monies when our old orders still haven't been fulfilled at all. I'm done with C-pop after I receive my items or am forced to finally cancel for a refund.

I have not been updated on anything regarding my package. I don't know if its been shipped and I have no idea where I can look to get updates. I paid money on something that I have no idea even is coming. My order number is 16284340 if someone can let me know something.

I did not like the fact that I purchased items in March and there was no indication that the products would not be able to shipped because the distribution center was closed. I had to reach out to your customer service after several days of placing my order and then they told me that my purchased would be delayed with no ETA. Very disappointing customer service. My order is still pending and I do not know when I will get it.

Purchased in March still no order number or tracking info. Updates are not consistent forgot I purchased

CAUSE I HAVENT EVEN RECEIVED MY ORDER YET! And it’s been 2 months.
