Eyeshadow is fantastic but the site is not easy to shop on and the shipping was delayed and difficult to track.

Everything was awesome, excellent experience. Only had 1 problem and it was with the cart. After putting 2 and more items in, I wasn’t able to see the full cart and the first item I put in. Other than that, it was good

the only thing that bugged me about shopping is when i Wanted to get something out of my cart I will have to press it 50 million times and then it would delete more other than that everything else is great

I’m not giving 5 stars because of the website. It’s pretty hard to decide which shades to buy because there are no swatches on most of the products. However, Colourpop products are great! I’d give more than 10 stars for them.

The price is right for the quality. Delivery times is also a none issue. I’ve purchased numerous time without a glitch. I’ll be a repeat customer.

I really like Colourpop products - affordable, good quality, great selection - but really wish they would partner with a Canadian retailer, or open a storefront here.

great experience on the site. usually shipment is fulfilled within 2-5 working days, and up till now have receieved pretty nice customer service from them.
